We are excited to announce that Phil Clark, former Global Head of Real Assets Equity at Aegon Asset Management, chairman at Pinnacle Investments and member of the UCL Governing body (the Council) has joined the Maanch Advisory Council as a Senior Advisor.
This comes at a very important time for us with the launch of our latest ESG Engagement tool for asset managers and investors. As a result, our tool helps grow momentum around ESG in the investment management industry. Importantly, Phil has 30 years of ESG investment experience gained from executive leadership roles in global organisations.
As a senior advisor at Maanch, Phil will support the team in the strategic growth of our Engagement Tracker product. He will also facilitate high-value partnerships within the asset management and investor ecosystem. Moreover, he will advise on thought leadership, leveraging his decades of experience overseeing asset management functions at the likes of Aviva and Aegon Asset Management.
Phil Clark said “I’m delighted to be part of Maanch. Maanch has an inspirational team led by its founder and CEO, Darshita Gillies. The urgent climate challenge for investment managers ahead starts with measuring ESG data, in detail, to enable impactful changes in business. Maanch are leaders in enabling investment managers to do that and I am delighted to support the team in their plans.”
Darshita Gillies, Founder & CEO at Maanch added “I am both honoured and thrilled to work with Phil. He will play a valuable role in guiding our strategic decisions and our innovation plans at Maanch to stimulate the business. As we prepare for our scale-up phase, Phil’s advice and network will be instrumental in catapulting us forward.”
This partnership strengthens our commitment to serving the asset management industry. Given the best-in-class SaaS tools, it will help accelerate and optimise their commitment to net-positive impact.
